Full day

We had a busy day. After making french toast for breakfast, we went to open gym at Genna's gymnastics school. On our way home, we realized that we didn't have anything for lunch, so we took the opportunity to go downtown to the fish market. We don't have many days left in Seattle that we'll be able to go downtown, so we feel like we have to go whenever we get the opportunity. We had fabulous sushi and the kids actually ate well. Genna loves to go out to eat, and I have to say that she is usually fantastic when we go out to eat, even at nice restaurants. As soon as we sat down, I took out three crayons and Genna immediately started coloring her chopstick wrapper. The waitress also gave her some scrap paper. When Genna turned it over, she said, "Mommy, this a dessert menu." It wasn't really a dessert menu, but it was a little cocktail special menu. Perhaps it's a sign that we take her to too many restaurants that she can distinguish between a main menu and a dessert menu. After lunch, we had ice cream at Pike's Brewery. Then we headed home, but stopped in Capital Hill to go to Volunteer Park. The kids played for a good while at the playground and then we went home for dinner. Noah put together a nice dinner for the kids so they could go to bed early. Noah and I then enjoyed the evening with our own dinner.

It's amazing how high Genna can jump 

With all of the amazing gymnastic equipment, Jonah manages to find the one thing that has wheels on it. I don't think he's going to be our athlete.
